Student Spotify

I originally was going to try out the Spotify Student Program, but it seemed that the Spotify database couldntc find me. I had already entered my card information and tried to get an account twice, thus having Spotify charge my card twice. An error bubble popped up claiming that since they couldn't find me, the charges would be removed within 24 hours. However, that was almost two weeks ago. I have not been refunded and am losing money over something I couldn't even obtain. I was not able to access or make an account. It's very frustrating knowing that I still have not been refunded. Would someone please help?

Hey @Val_Damico,

Thanks for reaching out.

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear.

The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, please contact your bank/credit card company.
