Student Wanting to UPDATE card w/o losing music/stuff

This is beyond INFURIATING!!! I am a student with Premium trying to update my card AND keep all of my music, preferences, etc. and Spotify is still taking my money somehow WITHOUT LETTING ME UPDATE. It refreshes the page everytime I click "update card" and I absolutely refuse to just "cancel then resubscribe" because these people can't come up with a solution. This is PAYMENT INFORMATION how can Spotify be so whatever about this? I want an ACTUAL solution.

P.S. My free Hulu account has never worked either and I've had Premium ever since they started that deal and it has NEVER worked.

Help???

And yes I have changed Web browsers and tried it on my phone with out success
