My student account was cancelled. When I‘m choosing to switch to the student premium and starting giving my student credentials in, the verification service Sheer Id writes „you have already used this offer“ („du hast dieses gutschein schon verwendet“)  although I have checked e-mails from Spotify and I have registered as a student in september 2018, so I have been with Spotify for just 2 years. As I understood one can prolongate the student subscription for 3 times and have 4 student years. Moreover I have received e-mail from Spotify that I need to verificate my Student Account earlier in August and I have done this in September or August.

The new subscription amount was already billed for September. Is it possible to restore my student subscription and bill the money back?
