Student charged full price

Hi, I have been charged the full price, after a year being on student discount. I guess I had to reconfirm my student status. I have done that, but this month I have again bern charged full price. My bf is still on student discount without problems and has spotify for almost 3 years now.

Hi @Petrasever!

 

That doesn't seem right. You could try going through the student verification process again to see if the discount comes into effect. If this does not do the trick, you could try getting contact with Spotify directly via this form.
