Student discount charged but not working

Student discount charged but not working

Hey guys i applied for the student discount in australia for $5.99 per month, i was charged the fee twice to my accont and still dont have access to premium. The charges have been pending for over a week and a half and dont appear to be going anywhere as it said it would only take three days.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
