My Question or Issue
I had a Premium account with student discount prior to signing up for a 3-month promotion (3 months for $9.99CAD). After the 3-month period was over, my account reverted back to the regular Premium account, but WITHOUT the student discount, and the full regular monthly fee was charged. I've since switched back to a student account in the settings for the next billing cycle but would like to get a partial refund to cover the cost difference between the regular and student price. How do I do this?
