My Question or Issue

i have been using the student discount for Spotify premium (almost) seamlessly for months and months, however I have just come to check my bank statements and I am very unimpressed to see that I have been charged the full price, without notice, for the past three months (despite still being a student). I have re applied for the student discount and would like to know why there is no notification and will I be reimbursed?

Hi @Taylakim2019  and welcome to the Community! 🙂

The student discount does require renewal on a yearly basis (up to 4 years total). When the expiration date comes close, Spotify sends out a reminder email. It's possible this email got filtered to a spam/junk folder. If that's the case, I suggest marking Spotify as a safe sender to your contacts so you can be sure to receive the next notice.
