A couple of days ago I hired the premium service for students, they deducted the $ 2.99 and I still do not have the service and they have not given me the money back

How does the charge appear on your bank statement? If it's showing as pending, it hasn't gone through and should get back to your account soon.

If that's the case, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
