Student discount verification

Hi,

yesterday I signed up for the student discount and my credit card had been charged before even completing the whole process. I didn't receive my premium subscription, because it needs to be verified that I am really a student. I uploaded the required document. Anyone can tell me please how much time does it take to be verified?

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out here for help. The charge you can see in your bank is most likely a pending charge, which means no money has been taken and will be returned soon.

The pending charge is there because your bank put a temporary authorization on your account. This means they will hold the funds in reserve in preparation for the payment completing.

As the transaction wasn’t completed, you won't get billed. In that case the authorization will expire and the funds will be returned. If you do end up getting charged, let us know and we'll look into this further.

We hope this clears things up for you. Your bank can also answer any questions you have on this including how long it will take the charge to expire.

I am in the same situation by now, have been more than 24 hours now after i made the process but i don´t receive my premium subscription.

usually it takes this much time to complete?
