Student discount

I tried several different options trying to get my college information to work after trying several times I eventually sent my class schedule to be eligible for the student discount. After sending in my schedule and being approved the website will not take my card anymore. I then looked at my bank account and I have $30 charged to it. $4.99 six times over. I am wondering who I need to contact to get the money credited back or do I just have to wait because I still don't have premium.
