Student discount

My Student discount ended about a week ago so I got charged $9.99 but I just re-uped the student discount and then immediately got charged $4.99.

So basically I am paying $15 for the next month and would like to get the other $9.99 refunded or just put that as credit towards the next couple of months. Thanks!
