Student discount

I signed up for the student discount and entered my card info and I was charged and was also verified for being a student but it's trying to have me put my card info in again and I still don't have premium Spotify. I also tried emailing about the problem but no one responded saying anything useful.

If the payment shows as pending on your bank statement, you can find more info here. Also, keep in mind that in order to activate the student discount in your account, you'll need to follow the steps in the e-mail that you received.
