So basically i just saw that there was a special where you get hulu and spotify for 4.99 and figured id drop apple music and go with spotify. Of course, i pay for the service and get a charge on my bank account but i still have no access.

YAY! its exactly what i want from a service i just paid for, NO ACCESS! /s

What the **bleep** is going on that you guys are charging people and not offering any services that they JUST paid for???

oh and to top it off, you dont even have a call center.. just these rediculously dumb message boards.

im really getting aggravated here. It blows my mind that you guys would set up a payment page that doesnt redirect you to the main page saying that you just bought premium. 

You guys just make it look like there was never a charge so people with click it again and get charged twice.. thats pretty **bleep** shady i have to say. I just want my god **bleep** spotify access and this is sooooooooooo beyond ridiculous that i have to post a problem on here like im looking for a hunting party on **bleep**ing world of warcraft.
