My Question or Issue

I signed up for student Premium with this account via unidays, I received an email yesterday that it will change or can be extended i have tried to extend it and it says my credentials are in use on another Spotify account which isn't possible can someone please advise?

It might be that spotify won't allow student subscriptions to overlap. So that you can only extend your subscription whenever your current subscription ends.

Don't know this for sure but it looks to me as the most natural reason.

Did you create your Spotify account through Facebook?

Are you sure you don't have a second account? Just in case, please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
