My Question or Issue

 I have a premium student plan which i renewed when i recieved the email telling me to do so. Having just checked my account I can see this month i paid the full £9.99. How do i change this and how do i get the £5 refunded?

When your discount is about to expire, it's important to re-apply and get verified by SheerID before the next payment date is due. If you do it after the date you get charged, you'll pay the full price for one month. The Student Discount does not apply for charges that have already been made. But no worries, if you've been verified as a student you'll pay 4.99 for the next 12 months 🙂
