My Question or Issue

 In november I called your Dutch office because I reactivated my student discount but you still charged €10. He gave me a free month to compensate and said it was taken care of from now on. Firstly I want to say that it is really bugging me that I can't just call you for this. This is really time consuming for me. Now for the problem: Again, €10 was charged to my paypal. On my spotifyaccount it does say that the discount is confirmed until november 2019. Please make sure this is taken care of an that the €5 that is charged too much is either compensated or returned to me. Thank you in advance, from the Netherlands, Diederik
