First of all I would like to say that I am highly upset and I want the two payments that are pending on my spotify account to be refunded. You guys hold also definitely look in to getting a phone service because it would be more convenient for me than checking this forum.

We don't have telephone support, but we'll be happy to help you over here.

 

If you tried to get the student discount, keep in mind that the verification is done by SheerID and they can take several days to give you a response. Once they check your application, they'll send you a message so you can complete the process. Once you do it, the payment will be taken successfully and the discount will be active in your account.

 

If the discount verification is not completed soon, the funds will go back automatically to your card in the following days.
