Students premium - money taken but no premium still

Hello. I saw an offer in the Spotify mobile app that gives a discount to students. I'm from Latvia and I'm learning in PIKC RVT(Rigas Valsts Tehnikums -> Rigas technical school). I went to check in if I can apply, but wasn't really able, because my school wasn't there. I have an ISIC that can confirm this info. Due to checking twice I've been billed twice, but haven't gotten my premium(I didn't see my school in the list). Now is my question - how long do I have to wait get my money back which is set to reserved(twice, 2 diferent bills of the same address and money amount)?

Hey @panzbear,

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
