Hello and happy new year,

 

I'm sending you for a matter that I’m dealing with the premium Spotify subscription. I accidentally payed for an individual Spotify premium subscription, and I wanted to pay for the Premium family Spotify subscription. I changed the payment details and created the Family program. My question is that, am I gonna be refunded for the first individual Premium subscription that I accidentally did, or the difference will be excluded in the end of the month and pay only the difference?

Thanks for reaching out and happy new year!

 

When you upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Family, your remaining Premium Individual time is being converted into Premium Family time, so you shouldn't be losing any money. 🙂

 

Keep in mind that this can bring your next payment date forward.
