Subscribe to premium promo 9pesos for 3mos

I subscribe to premium thru goggle search engine(not on spotify account) using my android phone and pay the subscription using my visa card, but when i log in to my spotify account it was not already premium, I charged subscription promo but I never receive any email confirmation.  Please help me to fix this.  Thank you.

Don't worry. It might be possible that you're logging into a different account. Can you make sure to follow all the steps provided on this guide?
