Hi, so I paid $23 for the family premium pack and my music is still not playing offline I've delete my cache and stuff, I've logged out logged in, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it like 3 times, turned my phone off and on, I don't think I've used all my space I've only got about 300 songs I hope there's a solution I don't want to think I've wasted money on this. PLEASE HELP ASAP !! 😊
