Subscribed to Premium but not getting it

Subscribed to Premium but not getting it

I subscribed to premium a fe days back but I am not getting the service. I tried all the options that were mentioned in the community but still I am not getting the service. I remove the device from the devices and add it again and nothing changed. My subscription says that I am premium but I do not get the service. 

 

Any ideas? is there a way to contact support?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
