Subscribed to premium and still on free

I subscribe to spotify premium through apple, and when I updated my credid card info the problems started. I got invoice for paying this months premium, but my spotify account still shows it's free. I have already called apple and everything is fine in their end, told me to contact spotify support. Already emailed support and got send to here.

Hey @rkm1,

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have the same problem, can anybody help me? My son mixed my account up a bit, if I signed in, it appears on his name showing it is a free account although I have been paying the premium fees for ages. I checked my card and it properly shows a debit of EUR4.99 on the 31st of January, so it must be properly covered, but still no premium.
