My Question or Issue

 My problem is that I've paid the premium subscription, but when I look at my phone's Spotify, it still wants to downgrade it. And when I look back to my account, it kept saying that I should update my payment when I've already paid for it with receipt.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

To make sure that you and I are on the same page, you paid for Premium, shows that you're still on the Free version, and is asking you to update your payment details?
