My Question or Issue

I have been subscribed to Spotify Premium for like half a month now, but yesterday one of my family members cancelled my premium (doing pranks and lame family problems). I am a new spotify premium user, so I have a month for free. Anyway, I resubscribed paying money for an extra month of premium, but in my account profile I read "cancelled" for premium and read "Your plan will change to Spotify Free on 11/11/2020"

It was 11/10/2020 but because I resubscribed, it's added an extra month apparently.

 

I still have premium when I access the Spotify app, but I want my profile to say that I have premium like it used to. Do I have to wait for it to change on its own or did I do something wrong here?

Can you let me know if you see Spotofy Premium of Spotify free under "Your plan" when you enter your account page? If it still says that you cancelled your plan, is there any button offering you to sign up for Premium? It would also be great if you could add a screenshot of what you see. Just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.

As you can see, "Cancelled" and "Renew Premium" is what my profile has become. Not sure if there is anything I can do. If I click "Renew Premium" I will be basically redirected to a paying subscription page, which I already did.

Thanks for your reply, it looks like your account doesn't have a Premium subscription currently. If you click on the "Renew Premium" button and include you billing details, your Premium should renew after 11/11/2020. However, you won't be charged until your remaining Premium time ends.
