Subscribed to premium for ages but not showing up on new phone

Hi, I had Spotify premium for ages and when I downloaded Spotify into my new iphone, its showing me that I no longer have premium. However, when I go into my settings, under my apps, I see that I'm still subscribed to premium. How do I sync these two? Thank you.

Hey @knslee

 

There is a possibility you have more than one account and you are sining in to your iphone with the wrong one. Do you see your playlists/saved songs on the iphone. If you don't, check the receipt Spotify sends to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
