Subscribed to premium through iTunes but it's not working in the app

Subscribed to premium through iTunes but it's not working in the app

I subscribed to premium through iTunes, but it's not working in the actual app, I logged out and in many times, I also deleted it but it still isn't working, I feel like i just wasted my money for nothing because it won't let me actually get premium, help???

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
