Hi,

I'm new to Spotify.  Yesterday I subscribed to and paid $119.88 for a yearly "Premium" subscription thinking it was the family plan.  How do I switch this to the "Family" subscription?

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Just jumping in here to add some extra info to what @Billy-J suggested.

If you prepaid an yearly individual Premium subscription, you can upgrade it to a Premium Family plan at any time here. Keep in mind that you'll need to enter a recurring payment method and you won't be able to pay in advance any more for your subscription. 

After the upgrade is complete, you'll immediately get access to all Premium Family features and your next billing date will be moved forward due to the price difference between the plans.
