Could you let us know in more detail what exactly you're trying to do? Which subscription or offer is it you're trying to get at 65 SEK and what error do you get when trying to subscribe?

Consider trying to subscribe on different devices, in an incognito window and on different networks. If the payment has failed a couple of times already, wait a bit before trying again as repeated failed attempts can prevent all payments from going through.
