 I'm trying to sign up for premium with my debit card but it's not working? its a visa card and it's activated so I don't know why

Could you try this on another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t work, please try a different internet connection, or another device.

I tried noth signing up on an incognito window and on a different device and still, it won't accept it. (I removed all personal information from the image)
