My Question or Issue

After entering the credit card details to subscribe to the Spotify Premium Duo plan with the first month free, the system shows me the following error: "An error occurred in the payment. Please try again or use another payment method. I want help". I already called the bank and they tell me that everything is fine and that authorizations were made for zero pesos. I also tried in other browsers and incognito form and the error persists, please help

You payment method should match the country you intialy registered in.
