[Subscription] Spotify says I've used up my student discount, but I only used it for two years?

Hi all,

 

I just found out that Spotify has been charging me full price since November, when I should be receiving the student discount. I know you can only renew it three times (therefore using the discount for four years) but I have only renewed it twice. When I went in to select the Student plan again, it said that I already had the plan, however they have clearly been charging me full price. Is there anyway to correct this? I don't want to be a hassle, I just love Spotify and would hate this to change my opinion.

Please check out your account overview page and view your receipts section to track all of your exact payments and invoices.

 

If you track down any issues with your payments, you can check your eligibility for a refund on this support page.

 

Bear in mind that if contacting support will be needed it might take them a bit more time to respond due to the current COVID-19 global situtation.
