Subscription Vanished (Want my Money back)

My Spotify Premium Family just vanished completely overnight, without an email and

no notification. Im pissed there is no Support and only this help Page. I paid for this month and have a receipt. What happened???

Seriously, i Want answers. My Money is gone and paid for nothing basically and im left in the dark here.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You can also tweet or DM @SpotifyCares on Twitter or send a message to Spotify Cares on Facebook.

They will be able to take a look backstage at your account for you.
