Subscription cancel and money back

Hi
I Just ordered premium subscription for 3 months and payed via bank transfer but didn't notice that I can't use the 3 months promotion when paying this way. I already started promotion on another account and would like to get money back or transfer them to my account with promotion. How to do this?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
