Subscription cancelled BUT still charged

i have cancelled my subscription and yet i was still charged 9.99 . how do i get this fixed ASAP.

I have checked and its stating free...

Just to make sure, have you followed all of the steps in this article? If after doing everything your problem couldn't be solved, let me know.

 

Also, do you have the confirmation email which you receive when your subscription gets canceled?

It is still showing free. 

Before i cancelled i was on premium. At the same time i was also in a family plan ( but i dont pay for the family plan as i was added there) 

I have scrolled everywhere to see if i have not cancelled properly but everytime i select on the subscription its showing me to subscribe to PREMIUM
