Subscription cancelled

I recently changed my phone and had all my apps transferred over. Since then I've not been able to log into the app. I've looked on desktop app and it says I'm free user but £9.99 has been taken.  How can I stop these?  I cannot find a way of cancelling as it says I'm a free user??

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help :)


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
