Subscription changed from Family Premium to Single Premium on its own.

Subscription changed from Family Premium to Single Premium on its own.

Premium Family, but it swtiched to Premium Sinlge on it’s own.

My Question or Issue

 

My husband started getting ads while he was listening to music.  I still have premium on my devices, but his was changed to free.

 

I checked receipts and the last invoice showed a change in subscription type, but I didn’t change it.  It just happened on its own.

I’ve gone and changed it back, but it doesn’t make any sense why this would happen.

 

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas about this?

Hey @MusicManDW, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

If one of your family members have been removed from a Premium for Family plan (and you're the owner) this means that either their address hasn't been verified correctly. In that case, it's best to send them another invite.

 

If the owner of the Premium for Family plan goes back to Single Premium subscription, then I'd recommend contacting Spotify directly here.
