Subscription changed to a free one while last payment was confirmed

Last payment was made on 15-03, I've had spotify family for the last 1,5 years now. There is no reason to be found anywhere on my account as to why the subscription changed. I would really like to get this resolved because I wont be paying for something I cant use.
