I was offered 6 month premium free trial with my service provider and it has been cancel before the end of of the 6 months. Can some please explain why?

Sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue. Unfortunately I don’t think we can be much help in resolving this. Since your provider offered you the 6 months free, it would be up to them to honor their agreement. If for some reason you haven’t received the promised six months, they would be the ones who would need to remedy that.
