Subscription ending earlier that contract given

Subscription ending earlier that contract given

I signed up with a contract with Spotify Premium for 6 months free however the subscription is ending earlier than 6 months and now i’m going to be charged when my 6 months free isn’t even up yet. My 6 months free should be ending in November but we are only in the month of July. What can I do?

Hey @cdeeen,

 

I'd recommend reaching out to the third-party who's providing you Premium. They should be able to look into this.

how do I reach out to the third party?

What or who would be the third party? How would I reach them? lol. This was how I tried to get any sort of contact 

Can you please post a screenshot of https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/?

 

Make sure that no sensitive info (e.g. card number) is visible.
