My Question or Issue 

I paid for one month subscription of 129 INR but my account hasn't been updated. I have attached the payment receipt.

As a first and basic step, i recommend using this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.

 

It's a common mistake among users to create more than one account and be logged into the wrong one.
