Subscription not working!!!

I put in my credit card info for the free 30 day trial of premium and it refreshed the page after I put the information in so I did it again and my account still says the subscription is free. I already tried turning off the wifi to see if it would work and already logged out and back in?

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial
