Subscription nota renewing correctly

O have been a subscriber for over a year and got a notice saying my plan was expiring. When clicking it I was thrown a webpage to renew the plan for a year for 69Eur. After playing it I still coulnd see the plan date being updated (it was still showing January 24th 2018 as the plan end). So I canceled the old plan and the date was then updated to 2019 (however I lost one month that I bad player already, the corrent One). Meanwhile I got a e-mail stating that my new subscription for 1 year had been canceled. Spotify, can you please review? To enforcar, uponing my expectation was that then plan would last up to end February 2019.... thanks on adv.
