Subscription plan chnaged from family to premium plan?

Subscription plan chnaged from family to premium plan?

Hi all, I've changed my payment details (added a new card) and today I was asked to review the card details, and I made a payment, and now I'm on Premium plan instead of Family plan (I'm on that plan the last few years) can  this be reverted? So that I have all family members listed as it was? 

I thought it would continue my plan as it was after I changed the card details.... 

Any contact details or email who I can reach for that matter?

Was the added card issued in the same country and area which where you currently live at ?
