Subscription problem

I am trying to cancel my subscription to Spotify but I am not receiving the E.Mail to allow me to finalise my action. Spotify has taken a payment from my bank which I did not authorise as I was on a free trial. I need to cancel subscription and am entitled to a refund!!

Hey @trica01l, welcome to the community!

 

To have your subscription cancelled, you just have to follow these steps. The only email you should receive is a good-bye playlist as confirmation of the cancellation.

 

If you're getting an error message or can't complete the cancellation for some reason, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.
