Subscription suddenly changed to full price although originally paying for student

I have been a member to the ‘student’ premium subscription for about a year, paying £4.99 a month (as I thought). However, this has suddenly changed without any notice (not sure how long ago) to the full £9.99!

Right now, you have to renew your student discount every 12 months to keep it going. If the discount isn't renewed, the subscription will just go back to the regular price.

As soon as the discount is renewed, it'll start automatically again on your next billing date.
