My Question or Issue

Hi, I am a Premium accountholder and as today I entered a Premium Duo subscription as user, paid by another account.

From my profile, in "Available plans" page, I see that my active plan is "Spotify Premium Duo" and I have just an available plan: Free.

It's not clear whether I'm going to pay for my old "Premium" plan or not.

 

Can you help me?

Great question.

If you've joined a Premium Duo plan and it says that on your account overview page, then all payments will be taken care of by the plan manager (the person who started the plan), and you won't be charged. 


You can check the status of your account using the link I provided above. Also, ask the plan manager if your name is listed as a member on their account as well. If so, then you're all set.
