Subscription to Premium since january 2017 but no service provided these last days

Subscription to Premium since january 2017 but no service provided these last days

Hi, i have subscribed to this service but since few days, i am always interupted while listening, by ads suggesting the Premium service.

Please help me to solve this issue cause I'm paying without any benefit to this service and would be obliged to terminate it.

It might be possible that you have two different accounts, so we'd recommend checking this info. Also, could you let us know if this happens on another devices?

 

In the meantime, we recommend you log out/back in with the username registered here.
