My Question or Issue

I had signed up for spotify using an old Yahoo email account. I forgot my spotify password but can not get my Yahoo account to receive the recovery email. I have no way of getting into my original account that is still charging me. I opened a new account but I need to cancel the original. What do I do?? It's really frustrating not being able to talk to a person about this.
