okay so my friend has an account and she has been using my card to pay for her subscription, how do I cancel it so it stops charging my card??

Try providing every single detail to prove you are the owner of the credit card so the process can be sped up.

Also please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
